At the table
What the guest holds: the menu, the cart and the bill.
The venueKnows its numbers
The guestGets what fits them
The AI-native operating system for hospitality. One intelligence in the middle, working for both sides of the table.
Not another QR menu. An intelligence that sits between the guest and the venue, and works for both.
The whole operating system
One system from the table to the office, and every feature in it is a plugin. Turn on what you use.
What the guest holds: the menu, the cart and the bill.
What the staff work from: every order, table and shift, live.
What the owner runs the business from: menu, stock, money and guests.
For the guest
In their own language, guests say what they feel like and get picks that fit. Sign in, and it remembers them.
Flip “Signed in” and watch the menu rearrange around Lana.
In your venue, the answers come from your own menu.
For the venue
The same intelligence, pointed at your own numbers. Plain questions in, plain answers out.

Privacy
We run our own models. Personal details are stripped before anything reaches them, and they keep none of it.
What the venue knows
Mesos model
Runs on our own servers. Keeps nothing.
What comes back
Lamb kebab, or the harissa wings.
Local by design
Language, currency, the way people pay. Mesos is set up for where your venue is, not translated into it afterwards.

Questions
Mesos is an AI-native operating system for cafés, restaurants, markets and food courts. It runs the guest’s side, from the QR menu to ordering and paying, and the venue’s side, from the kitchen and floor to stock and money, as one system, with AI that works for both.
No. The QR menu is where guests start. Behind it are the order queue, kitchen display, floor map, bills, stock, recipe costing, campaigns and a daily digest, all working from the same data.
Guests ask in their own words, like “something spicy” or “a light lunch”, and get dishes from the venue’s own menu that fit. Signed-in guests are remembered, so someone on keto sees keto dishes first.
Owners ask about their business in plain language: which dishes get opened but rarely ordered, what to reorder before the weekend, how today compared with last week. It also writes a daily digest, briefs each shift and turns a photo of a paper menu into a digital one.
Mesos runs its own AI models. Personal details such as names and phone numbers are removed before anything reaches them, and the models keep nothing.
Kurdish, Arabic and English today, with proper right-to-left layout, and more languages as you need them. Guests pay the local way: with wallets such as FIB, SuperQi and FastPay, or cash.
Yes. Many venues under one roof, organised in blocks and units, run from one operator console, and each venue keeps its own menu, staff and numbers.
Every feature is a plugin, so the price depends on what you turn on and how many venues you run. Get in touch and we will send you a quote.
